The Well Worn Path is the habit
of the mind. Like a commonly used path in the woods it is indented in
the ground. For the path to be erased it has to be unused for a long
period of time. It's the same for mental habits that have been used
for many years. The thought patterns have a certain energy and it
takes time to let that energy run down and disappear. Good mental
habits create positive results while negative habits produce negative
