To guard or protect yourself

Incense can be used such as: patchouli, sandalwood or cimmamon.
RITUAL:

This is a small spell that can be repeated out-loud or silently to yourself. I use this to ground myself when I feel stress or nervous also. As you say these words, feel yourself being enclosed in a whitelight of protection. Repeat as many times as you feel necessary. Chant:

Bound, bound, bound
Wound around
Guard me now
Sky to ground

Exorcism of negative energy

This ritual can either be done by yourself or with others participating. (It may be helpful to have others assisting with this.) Incense to burn: frankincense, pine, lilac, or rosemary. This chant is to be said very forcefully many times over.

RITUAL:

Chant:

You are not to come near my body.

You are not to go before me.

You are not to follow me.

Where I stop, you are not to stop.

Where I sit, you are not to sit.

At my home, you shall not enter.

You are not to step in my steps.

You are not to be in my shadow.

Where I go, you are not to go.

Book of Shadows Blessing

This is a short, easy but beautiful way to bless your BOS. I don't remember who wrote this, though I wish I had!

Using your first and middle finger (or your Athame) trace a pentagram on the cover of the book to be blessed. Imagine blue/violet energy coming from you through your fingers (or athame) and infusing that energy into the book. While that image is strong in your mind say this as you trace:

With this pentagram I do lay
Protection here both night and day
And for the ones who should not look
Hide from site this magick book.
I now invoke the Law of Three:
This is my will, so mote it be!

You can then write in your book the following for protection:

Hearken as the Witch's word,
Calls the Lady and the Lord,
Moon above and earth below,
Sky's cool blue and sun's hot glow,
In this right and ready hour,
Fill these pages with thy power,
May no unprepared eye to see,
The secrets which entrusted be,
To I who walk the hidden road,
To find the hearthstone's calm abode,
Hear me and lend Thy protection,
May these truths of Earth and Skies,
Shielded be from prying eyes,
But to the witches whose map this be,
May the way be plain to see,
And through all the coming ages,
May we find home in these pages,
So mote it be!

Continued blessing spell, Anoint and Light white candle and say ;

The kind Fates have blessed my home,
The kind Fates have blessed my heart,
The kind Fates have blesed my loved ones,
I offer thanks with a humble heart.
I thank the Goddess for my life,
I thank the Goddess for my love.
I thank the Goddess for continued blessings
already on their way.

Also burn some high-quality incense, the best you have. Do this each month to make your good fortune last.

To Reconnect With Someone

Material: Cauldron, Lighter, Picture of person (if possible), Piece of plain paper with person’s name and birthdate (if possible) written on it, if no pic just a piece of paper with name is fine. Patchouly herb, 1 White candle with person’s name engraved on it which will represent the person you are wanting to reconnect with. Also rub patchouly oil on the candle from wick to center and from bottom to center to draw towards you.

Take a piece of plain paper and write the full name of the person you wish to be reconnected with, and write their birthdate also if possible. After you have written the name and birthdate take patchouly herb and rub the paper with it, all the time concentrating on wanting to reconnect and visualizing yourself connecting with that person. See yourself talking on the phone or face to face with the person. Patchouly is used to draw people, so you are using this herb to draw the person you are wanting to reconnect with. At this time take the candle that you have anointed and set it in the center of altar or working space, place the paper beside the candle. If you have a pic of the person set it under the candle. Light the candle and chant this several times:

I light this candle for (name of person) I seek

I send out a call for them to reconnect with me

Thru mountains and valleys high and low

Let my voice and call be heard, let my voice echo in their mind and let them reconnect with me so

By the powers of earth bring them to me so

By the powers of air, let this spell flow

By the powers of fire, My desire wills it to be

And by the powers of water and Love so shall it be!!!

Repeat this chant until you feel it is completed and then release your energy by lighting the paper with name on it from the white candle and letting it drop in cauldron and burn and visualize the person calling you or reconnecting with you in the way you desire. Let the candle burn completely out, do not disturb it. Once it is burned bury the paper burned and the candle in the ground and cover it after you bury it and keep the pic of the person with you until they reconnect with you. Do this spell on the waxing moon (preferably) or on the full moon. You can do this spell as often as you feel needed.

TO BREAK A STREAK OF BAD LUCK
Go for a walk and pick up seven twigs from the ground, one to represent each day of the week.
Traditionally the twigs should be ash for Monday, beech for Tuesday, elm for Wednesday, oak
for Thursday, horsechestnut for Friday, yew for Saturday, and elder for Sunday. Take them home,
snap them into pieces, and burn them in the hearth or bonfire. Say:
Ill luck is broken, As these words are spoken.

MIRROR SPELL
(this is a spell to send bad vibrations back to their source).
Needed: Hand Mirror, Black Candle, Incense, Black string, Bell.
Call the Spirits to witness the rite using the bell. Say:
"I am immune to their hate, their malice.
I will not accept their guilt or their intolerance.
Their words and thoughts are no bane to me."
Hold the mirror behind the candle and say:
"As this mirror reflects back the light of this candle
so shall these things be reflected back to their sender(s)
and as the mirror neither adds or detracts from the reflection
I shall add no malice to nor subtract any from that which I send back.
As it comes to me so shall it return to them."
Tie the black string in three knots. As you tie each knot say:
"With this string I bind this spell, As I will it, So mote it be."
Dismiss the spirits. Let the candle and incense burn out on their own.
Place the string in a special box set aside for spells and leave it there always.

WHEN CURSED BY UNKNOWN PERSON
Spell and magick be gone (say this three times)
That has been placed on me by person(s) known or unknown to me
Go back from whence you came
Remain with whom you came from
Be with who you were sent by
Then visualize a pyramid going over you.
I am under universal light and universal protection
Nothing less then universal perfection can touch me were I am
The forces of this spell do leave So mote it be.

TO OBTAIN MONEY
Done During the Full Moon
Fill your cauldron half full of water and drop a silver coin into it.
Position the cauldron so that the light from the moon shines into the water.
Gently sweep your hands just above the surface, symbolically gathering the Moon's silver.
While doing this say:
Lovely Lady of the Moon, bring to me your
wealth right soon. Fill my hands with silver and gold.
All you give, my purse can hold."
Repeat this three times. When finished, pour the water upon the earth.

MONEY SPELL
This may be done at any time, but preferably at the same time each day or night.
You will need a Green Candle and a White Candle.
The Green candle represents the money, and the white candle represents you.
Make sure you anoint the candles with oil first, thinking of your desire for money to come to you.
Set the candles on your alter or table 9 inches apart. After doing this say:
"Money, money come to me
In abundance three times three
May I be enriched in the best of ways
Harming none on its way
This I accept, so mote it be
Bring me money three times three!"
Repeat this for nine days.
Each day move the white candle one inch closer to the green candle.
When the candles touch, your spell is finished.
Make sure you visualize the money pouring in from the universe.
